Terms of Use

Last updated October 6, 2026

Using Unspoken

By using Unspoken, you agree to these terms. Unspoken is a place to share prayer requests and pray for others. You must be at least 13 years old to use it.

Unspoken is not an emergency service, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you or someone else is in danger, call or text 988, or call 911.

What you share

You keep ownership of what you write. By sharing a request, you allow Unspoken to store it, show it to people praying through the service, show it to your church's leaders, and include it, without your name, in aggregate summaries for church leaders.

Please share only what you are comfortable having others read. Do not share another person's private information, such as their full name or medical details, without their permission.

What is not allowed

Harassment, threats, hate, or content meant to hurt or shame anyone; sexual content; spam or advertising; impersonating others; illegal activity; and attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report a prayer as inappropriate. Reported prayers are removed from the relay while we review them. We may remove any content, or limit any person's or church's access, when we believe it is necessary to keep the service safe and respectful.

Churches

Churches that use Unspoken agree to use pastor dashboards only for pastoral care, to keep admin and screen links within their staff, and to respect the anonymity of people who share anonymously. Paid plans are billed by invoice under separate arrangement.

AI features

Verse suggestions and theme summaries are created with the help of AI and may occasionally be imperfect. Verse text comes from the World English Bible. Please read Scripture in its full context.

No warranty and limits of liability

Unspoken is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unspoken and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything shared by other people through the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and will update the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
